Longevity & Regenerative Medicine — Southern California

Vigor Stacks™

longevity and regenerative solutions

Physician-directed peptide, vitamin, and cellular-health therapies — every one either an FDA-approved medication or compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy within FDA’s compounding rules. Nothing else makes the menu.

  • Physician-directed
  • FDA-approved or FDA-compliant compounding only
  • Licensed U.S. pharmacies only

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. A medical consultation and prescription are required before any medication is provided.

The results and experiences featured on this site are examples, not promises. Individual results and patient experience vary. A medical consultation and prescription are required before any medication is provided.

The Goals

Why men come to Vigor Stacks™

Men come here for the decades that matter most — to stay capable, durable, and sharp, and to do it under real medical supervision. Somewhere between the supplement aisle and the pharmacy sits a category most men have heard about and few understand: peptides, vitamin injections, and cellular-health therapies that men hear about for recovery, sleep, energy, and healthy aging. The interest is real. So is the noise.

What any of these might do for you, if anything, depends on the therapy, the evidence behind it, your health picture, and the supervision around it — which is exactly the part the gray market skips. Vigor Stacks™ programs exist to put the supervision back.

The Standard

The adult in the room

This category has a legitimacy problem, and this program is built around that fact. Here is where Dr. Vigor® stands.

Two ways onto this menu — and only two

A therapy is listed here only if it is an FDA-approved medication, or if a licensed U.S. pharmacy compounds it from an ingredient FDA permits for compounding: an ingredient with a USP or NF monograph, the active ingredient of an FDA-approved medicine, or an ingredient on FDA’s 503A list. There is no third way.

Compounded is not FDA-approved — and we say so

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. That sentence sits on every compounded therapy on this page. Providers who skip it are telling you something too.

If it has no lawful pathway, it’s a no

Some of the internet’s favorite peptides have no lawful compounding pathway under current FDA rules. The gray market sells them anyway. We don’t — full stop, no matter how often they’re asked for. The list is further down this page.

Licensed U.S. pharmacies, injectable-grade ingredients

Every compounded therapy we prescribe comes from a licensed U.S. 503A or 503B pharmacy using pharmaceutical-grade, endotoxin-tested ingredients — never dietary-supplement or food-grade powder. No overseas kits, no “research chemical” websites, no exceptions.

The Menu

Eight therapies, grouped by what they are. Each card states plainly whether the therapy is an FDA-approved medication or a compounded preparation, and what makes it lawful to compound. Whether any of them belongs in your care is decided at your consult, on your history and your labs — not by this page. A medical consultation and prescription are required before any medication is provided.

Every therapy above is prescribed only when clinically appropriate, monitored over time, and confirmed with you before you start. Looking for the weight-loss medications? That is real medicine with its own rules and its own page. See medical weight loss

How a therapy earns a place on this page. Federal law gives a licensed pharmacy three ways to compound with an ingredient: the ingredient has a USP or NF monograph, it is the active ingredient of an FDA-approved medicine, or it appears on FDA’s 503A list — including the Category 1 list FDA permits while it evaluates.[1] Everything compounded on this page fits one of those three. Anything that doesn’t — no matter how popular — stays off the menu. Statuses on this page are current as of September 2026 and re-verified with counsel quarterly.

Straight Answers

Not on our menu — and why

Men ask about these eight peptides every day, and the internet sells all of them. None has a lawful compounding pathway under current FDA rules: none is an FDA-approved medicine, none has a USP or NF monograph, and none is on FDA’s 503A list.[4] So Dr. Vigor® does not prescribe, dispense, or source them — not from any pharmacy, not at any price. This is not a menu, and nothing here is an offer.

  • BPC-157

Not offered at Dr. Vigor®. No lawful compounding pathway. In July 2026 an FDA advisory committee voted to recommend it for possible addition to FDA’s compounding list. The vote is not binding, and no rule has been issued.[5]

  • TB-500 (thymosin beta-4 fragment)

Not offered at Dr. Vigor®. No lawful compounding pathway. Same July 2026 advisory-committee recommendation as BPC-157 — not binding, no rule issued.[5]

  • Semax

Not offered at Dr. Vigor®. No lawful compounding pathway. Same July 2026 advisory-committee recommendation — not binding, no rule issued.[5]

  • GHK-Cu (injectable)

Not offered at Dr. Vigor®. No lawful compounding pathway for the injectable form. FDA advisory-committee review is scheduled before February 2027.[4]

  • Ipamorelin

Not offered at Dr. Vigor®. No lawful compounding pathway. No FDA review scheduled.[4]

  • CJC-1295

Not offered at Dr. Vigor®. No lawful compounding pathway. No FDA review scheduled.[4]

  • Thymosin alpha-1

Not offered at Dr. Vigor®. No lawful compounding pathway. No FDA review scheduled.[4]

  • Selank

Not offered at Dr. Vigor®. No lawful compounding pathway. No FDA review scheduled.[4]

If FDA adds any of these to its compounding list, we will re-evaluate it with counsel and our medical director before it goes anywhere near a menu. Until then, the answer is no. Statuses current as of September 2026.

The Process

Run like medicine, because it is

  1. Step 01 — Evaluate

A focused consult, then an in-person visit with vitals and labs before any products or services. Your health picture first, the category’s noise never.

  2. Step 02 — Prescribe — when appropriate

If a therapy fits your goals and your labs, your clinician prescribes it — an FDA-approved medication, or a compounded preparation through a licensed U.S. pharmacy — with dosing and duration set by your clinician, not a package.

  3. Step 03 — Monitor

Check-ins and bloodwork on a cadence your clinician sets. Programs get adjusted, paused, or ended based on how you respond. That’s the difference between therapy and a subscription.

Program pricing is confirmed with you at your consult, before you start. Vigor Stacks™ programs are additional services at additional cost, never bundled into any other program’s price. HSA/FSA accepted for eligible services.

With Testosterone Therapy

The other half of the conversation

If you’re on — or considering — Calibrated TRT®, Vigor Stacks™ is its named lead complementary therapy: testosterone restores the baseline, and bespoke ancillary support maximizes what that baseline delivers. Bespoke is literal. Gonadorelin is the therapy most often managed alongside testosterone, and whether it — or anything else on this page — belongs in your plan is determined by your own clinician, never bundled, never automatic.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is everything on this page FDA-approved?

No, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) injection is an FDA-approved medication. Everything else on our menu is compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved. What makes each one lawful to compound is that its ingredient meets one of FDA’s compounding allowances: it has a USP or NF monograph, it is the active ingredient of an FDA-approved medicine, or it is on FDA’s 503A Category 1 list. Each card on this page says which.

Are peptides legal in 2026?

Prescribed by a licensed clinician and compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy from an ingredient FDA permits — yes. Sermorelin and gonadorelin are examples. Many of the peptides sold online have no lawful compounding pathway at all, and peptides sold without a prescription as “research chemicals” are not legal medicine. In April 2026, FDA removed a group of widely marketed peptides from its significant-safety-risk category, and in July 2026 an FDA advisory committee recommended several of them for possible addition to FDA’s compounding list. Neither step makes them lawful to compound today. That takes formal rulemaking, which is still ahead.

Why won’t you prescribe BPC-157, ipamorelin, or CJC-1295?

Because none of them can be sourced lawfully through a licensed U.S. pharmacy today, they are not offered at Dr. Vigor®. If a compound has no lawful compounding pathway, it isn’t on our menu — no matter how popular it is, and no matter who else is selling it. We’d rather lose the sale than source it wrong. The full list is in the “Not on our menu” section above.

What are Vigor Stacks™ programs?

Physician-directed longevity and regenerative programs built from the therapies on this page — peptides with a lawful pathway, vitamin injections, and cellular-health therapies — prescribed only when clinically appropriate and monitored over time. The goal picks the program. Your clinician picks everything else.

Do these therapies replace testosterone therapy?

No. They’re different tools. At Dr. Vigor®, Vigor Stacks™ is the named lead complementary therapy to Calibrated TRT® — the two are managed together when that’s clinically appropriate, and either can stand alone when that’s what your labs and goals support.

How are these therapies taken?

Most run as small injections, and some are given in clinic. Route, dose, and duration are your clinician’s call, with training and support included where self-administration is involved.

What do Vigor Stacks™ programs cost?

Pricing depends on the program your clinician builds, and it’s confirmed with you at your consult, before you start. Vigor Stacks™ programs are additional services at additional cost — never bundled into any other program’s price. HSA/FSA funds are accepted for eligible services, and Dr. Vigor® does not bill insurance.

Are these therapies safe?

It depends on the therapy, the source, and the supervision. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, evidence for NAD+ and glutathione is early, and quality varies wildly outside licensed pharmacies. FDA’s recent alerts about contaminated glutathione and NAD+ injections involved ingredients that were never suitable for injection in the first place. That is why our programs run on licensed U.S. pharmacies, injectable-grade ingredients, physician oversight, and monitoring. Report anything unexpected to your clinician immediately.

Getting Started

Start with the goal. FINISH STRONG®.

Getting started is simple.

  1. Step 01

    Talk

A focused consult — virtual if you like.

  2. Step 02

    Test

An in-person visit: vitals and bloodwork before any products or services.

  3. Step 03

    Tune

Proven protocols do the groundwork. Your clinician makes the call — your dose, adjusted over time to your labs and how you actually feel. Prescribed only when clinically appropriate, and monitored like medicine, because it is.

Individual results vary. Medication only when clinically appropriate.
