1. Who we are and what this Policy covers
DrVigor.com is an informational and promotional website for California clinics offering medical aesthetics, anti-aging and longevity solutions, fertility support, functional restoration, hair restoration, men’s health, non-surgical pain-relief procedures, sexual wellness, and youth preservation. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through this website and other public-facing channels we control. It works with our Terms of Use and Accessibility Statement and does not replace medical advice.
2. Website information and clinical information
Information submitted through public website and marketing channels is handled under California privacy law, this Policy, and our Notice at Collection. If you become a patient or provide clinical details, that information is handled as medical information under California’s CMIA and, where applicable, as protected health information under HIPAA. Clinical records are governed by the separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices provided at or before care begins.
3. Quick summary and your choices
- Public forms request only the information needed to respond and schedule: name, email, an optional phone number, and preferred clinic location.
- Do not include medical details, insurance or Social Security numbers, photographs, or other sensitive information in general forms or chat.
- We do not sell personal information for money. Limited identifiers and internet activity may be shared for advertising or analytics where those tools are used, subject to your right to opt out.
- We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
4. Notice at Collection
At or before collection, we disclose the categories collected, purposes, sale or sharing status, and retention period or criteria.
Identifiers and contact details
Name, email, an optional phone number, and preferred clinic location are collected from you to respond, schedule, communicate, route your request, prevent fraud, and maintain records. They may be disclosed to service providers supporting forms, scheduling, email, SMS, and client care. They are not sold and may be shared for advertising or analytics unless you opt out.
Internet or network activity
IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, events, and general location may be collected through browsers, cookies, pixels, or SDKs for security, debugging, analytics, content improvement, advertising, and retargeting.
Inferences
Advertising or analytics tools may infer interest segments from site visits to show relevant content or advertising.
Sensitive personal information
Public forms do not request sensitive personal information. Patient information is governed by CMIA, HIPAA where applicable, and the clinical Notice of Privacy Practices.
5. Cookies, analytics, advertising, and tracking
We may use cookies, pixels, and similar tools for site operations, measurement, and advertising. You can manage choices through Your Privacy Choices. We avoid sending PHI to advertising or analytics vendors and configure tracking to reduce risk where PHI may be implicated.
6. Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. Where advertising tools are used, limited identifiers, internet activity, or inferences may be shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out through Your Privacy Choices or a recognized preference signal such as GPC.
7. California privacy rights
- Know and access collected personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing.
- Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information for non-exempt purposes.
- Exercise these rights without discrimination.
8. Exercising your rights

9. Children and teens
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not sell or share information about minors aged 13 through 16 without affirmative opt-in consent.
10. Data security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. Regular email and SMS may be unencrypted and intercepted. This notice does not waive your legal rights or our duty to use reasonable safeguards.
11. Data minimization and retention
We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary and proportionate for the disclosed purposes, security, recordkeeping, accounting, compliance, fraud prevention, and safety, then delete or de-identify it. Suppression records may be retained to honor opt-outs. Clinical records follow California law and professional standards.
12. Accessible formats
We provide this Policy in an alternative format on request. Contact us by email, phone, or 711 relay. We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance.
13. Generative AI and automated decisions
If generative AI assists with clinical communications, required notice and a clear route to a human will be provided, with licensed-provider review or supervision. We do not use automated decision-making to deny services or make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
14. Third-party tools and links
Vendors may support hosting, security, analytics, scheduling, email, and texting. Third-party services are governed by their own policies.
15. Communication choices
Providing phone or email allows contact about scheduling, care coordination, services, and promotions. You may opt out of marketing at any time. Forms and messaging are not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies.
16. Financial incentives
If a program creates a financial incentive involving personal information, we will provide a Notice of Financial Incentive with material terms, opt-in and withdrawal instructions, and the basis for valuing the information.
17. Do Not Track and GPC
We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because no uniform industry standard exists. We do honor recognized Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing.
18. Information not to send through public forms
Do not submit medical details, insurance or Social Security numbers, photographs, or other sensitive information through general forms or chat. Existing patients should use the patient portal or call for clinical questions.
19. Required notices
We provide the Open Payments notice and link to the federal CMS Open Payments database. Other practitioner and patient notices are provided as required by applicable law.
20. Policy changes
Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
