Terms of Use

Last updated: September 12, 2025

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

DrVigor.com is an informational website for California clinics offering medical services. These Terms govern this website and related online features. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. Site content is general information, not medical advice. In an emergency, call 911.

2. California-only clinical services and licensure

Clinical care is delivered only by California-licensed clinicians to patients located in California, subject to evaluation and clinical appropriateness.

3. No provider-patient relationship through the website

Reading content, using tools, messaging, or booking does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after intake, required agreements and consents, and acceptance for care by a licensed clinician.

4. Telehealth and prescriptions

Telehealth includes documented informed consent and the same standard of care as in-person care. Prescriptions require an appropriate examination and medical indication. We do not prescribe dangerous drugs or devices solely from an online questionnaire.

5. Advertising claims

Marketing claims are intended to be truthful and not misleading. Outcomes are not guaranteed, and testimonials are individual experiences rather than promises.

6. Corporate Practice of Medicine and supervision

Medical services are performed by properly licensed professionals with required supervision, and the practice is owned and controlled in compliance with California’s Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine.

7. Fictitious Name Permit

Dr. Vigor operates under the permits, professional registrations, and practice arrangements required by applicable California law.

8. Required patient notices

  • Clinician education, license, and degree disclosures.
  • Medical Board Notice to Consumers and complaint information.
  • Open Payments notice and federal database link.

9. Generative AI

Where required, AI-assisted clinical communications include notice and a clear path to a human, with licensed-provider review or supervision.

10. Referrals and financial interests

We do not pay or accept improper compensation for patient referrals and provide required ownership or financial-interest disclosures.

11. Content accuracy and changes

Medicine and services change. Eligibility, risks, benefits, and alternatives are determined during evaluation. Content and these Terms may be updated, with the effective date shown above.

12. Information submitted on this site

Public forms collect name, email, an optional phone number, and preferred clinic location to respond, route requests, and schedule. Do not submit medical details, insurance or Social Security numbers, photographs, or other sensitive information through general forms or chat.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but cannot promise absolute security. Regular email and SMS may carry privacy and interception risks. Public-form information is handled under California privacy law; clinical information is handled under CMIA and HIPAA where applicable.

13. Privacy, CPRA, and Notice at Collection

Information submitted is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection.

14. Communications and messaging

Providing phone or email permits contact about scheduling, care coordination, services, and promotions. Marketing opt-outs are available. Forms and messaging are not continuously monitored and are not emergency channels.

15. Intellectual property

Site text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified, displayed, or distributed without permission.

16. Prohibited uses

Do not misrepresent identity or health status, seek prescriptions unlawfully, interfere with security or operation, or use the site to harass or harm others.

17. Off-label uses and device disclosures

Therapies may be used off-label when medically appropriate and supported by informed consent. We do not represent that a product is cleared or approved for a use when it is not. Clinicians explain evidence, risks, benefits, and alternatives.

18. Financial terms and insurance

Prices and promotions may change. Financing and membership terms are explained before enrollment. Insurance coverage is not guaranteed by this website.

19. CURES and controlled substances

Controlled-substance care follows California CURES monitoring and reporting requirements.

20. Minors

The site is directed to adults. People under 18 must involve a parent or legal guardian unless California law permits minor consent for the specific service.

21. Third-party links and tools

External services are provided for convenience and governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

22. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement are disclaimed. Clinical outcomes are not guaranteed.

23. Limitation of liability

To the extent California law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from site use. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

24. Dispute resolution and governing law

California law governs. Disputes are resolved in California courts unless a signed agreement provides otherwise. Eligible small-claims matters and legally available public injunctive relief remain available.
